  1. Siapkan 50 gram gelatin.
  2. Anda butuh 20 gram osmanthus /bunga osmanthus kering.
  3. Siapkan 15 gram goji berri.
  4. Kamu butuh 150 gram rock sugar/gula batu.
  5. Bunda butuh 500 ml santan.
  6. Bunda butuh 1000 ml air.

  2. Rebus bunga osmanthus dengan 1000 ml air sampai mendidih matikan api tutup diamkan 5 menit lalu saring (kita gunakan airnya).
  3. Siapkan panci masukan air osmanthus+gula rebus hingga mendidih (api kecil saja)sampai gula larut +santan+gelatin sambil terus di aduk+goji beries aduk terus sampai mendidih dan pastikan gelatin tidak ad yang bergerindil (boleh larutkan dahulu dengan sedikit air.
  4. Setelah mendidih diamkan agak dingin baru masukan dalam wadah /cetakan,taburi dengan bunga osmanthus kering(cuci dulu ya)secukupnya biarkan dingin dan masukan kulkas,sajikan dalam keadaan dingin,.

Assembling: Pour a layer of osmanthus jelly into jelly cup, chill till a little set. Top it with a layer of coconut jelly. Combine well and transfer into molds. For a fun and refreshing beverage, cut the jelly into small pieces and add to iced coffee or tea. Pour the mixture onto a jelly mould.
