  5. Tata di atas loyang 20x20x5 yg telah di alasi baking paper. Proofing kembali hingga mengembang 2x lipat (aku 45 menit).
  6. Panaskan dulu oven pd suhu 150 derajat selama 15 menit sebelum adonan di panggang. Lalu taburi adonan dengan tepung dengan cara di ayak agar tdk menggumpal, masukkan loyang pada oven & panggang selama 30 menit.
  7. Aku memakai suhu 150 derajat supaya bagian atas roti warnanya tetap kelihatan cantik. Semoga bisa menginspirasi....
