- Siapkan 250 gr tepung terigu protein tinggi (me cakra).
- Kamu butuh 50 gr gula pasir.
- Kamu butuh 1 sdt ragi instan (me fermipan).
- Siapkan 160 ml susu cair (me diamond).
- Siapkan 44 gr butter (me anchor).
- Siapkan Sejumput garam.
- Siapkan 4 tetes pewarna makanan ungu.
- Siapkan 2 tetes pewarna makanan hijau muda.
- Siapkan 3 tetes pewarna makanan orange.
- Siapkan 2 tetes pewarna makanan biru.
- Siapkan 2 tetes pewarna makanan pink rose.
- Bunda butuh Bahan isian mimi pake DCC merk Collata dan Keju parut.
- Bunda butuh Secukupnya tepung terigu segitiga biru+gula halus untuk taburan.

Cara memasak Japanese Milk Bread (Eggless)
- Siapkan smua bahan, hangatkan susu dg cara di tim dg air panas..
- Campur rata terigu, gula, ragi, aduk rata, stlh rata tuangkan susu perlahan2, aduk rata kembali dg spatula. stlh rata masukkan butter, uleni sampai stgh kalis, mimi uleni pakai tangan (slalu jaga kebersihan tangan ya, dg rajin cuci tangan).
- Bagi adonan jd 4, mimi kira2 aja, berhubung td dirusuhin bocah, adonan terakhir mimi bagi 2, karena mimi mau bikin 5 warna (jd bagi adonan sesuai dg brp warna yg mau dibuat ya). Beri masing2 pewarna dan uleni sampai tercampur rata dan kalis..
- Diamkan adonan yg sdh diberi warna selama kurleb 45 menit, tutup dg plastik wrap/serbet. Adona akan mengembang menjdi 2x lipat. Selagi menunggu siapkan bahan isian, DCC mimi potong kecil2 secukupnya dan keju parut. Serta siapkan loyang yg di alasi paper bake..
- Stlh 45 menit, kempiskan adonan dan bagi mnjdi 16, mimi timbang setiap adonan kira2 31gr, ambil adonan pipihkan beri isian rapatkan dan susun di loyang yg sdh di alasi paper bake. Diamkan kembali selama 20menit dg ditutup serbet. Panaskan oven.
- Stlh 20 menit, sblm dimasukkan ke oven, taburi atas adonan dg tepung terigu protein sedang (mimi pake segita biru) plus gula halus (gula halus dicampur rata dulu dg tepung sblm ditaburkan di ats adonan) panggang di oven slm 20-25 menit. (Mimi pake oven tangkring) di taruh di rak tengah. Api kompor sedang..
- Stlh 20 menit, angkat, dan untuk memastikan bener2 matang mimi tusuk pake lidi, jika nggk ada adonan lengket di lidi, brarti sdh matang. Roti siap dihidangkan... rotinya super lembutttt anak lanang sampe ikut nungguin pas ngebaking 😁.
