Cara memasak Japanese Milk Bread (Eggless)

  1. Timbang & siapkan bahan2.
  2. Campurkan susu, gula pasir & ragi, aduk hingga larut & sisihkan..
  3. Tuangkan campuran susu kedalam tepung lalu uleni hingga kalis, tambahkan margarin & garam uleni kembali hingga kalis elastis..
  4. Bagi adonan mjd 4 bagian sama besar (@120g) beri pewarna masing2 adonan & uleni masing2 adonan & uleni kembali hingga warna tercampur rata. Diamkan 30 sd 40 mnt (hingga mengembang 2x lipat).
  5. Bagi masing2 warna mjd 4 (berat skitar 30 g) bentuk bulatkan & diamkan kembali selama 15 mnt.
  6. Setelah 15mnt pipihkan adonan lalu gulung kembali (lakukan utk semua warna). Bila ingin diberi isian bisa lakukan ditahap ini ya moms..😉.
  7. Tata adonan diloyang yang telah diolesi margarin (me : margarin dan tepung tipis2, dg loyang ukuran 20x20x7). Profing kembali selama 30-40 mnt hingga mengembang 2x lipat. Lalu taburi adonan dg tepung terigu tipis2 dg saringan lalu panggang selama 20 sd 30 mnt dg api sedang, saya menggunakan oven tangkring bagian 2, sesuaikan dg oven masing2.
